Without any form of equivocation, we make bold to distance ourselves from a purported plan inauguration of Boki PDP Ward Executives, schedule to hold on Friday - 15th May, 2020, because that kangaroo arrangement is in gross violation of current trends, as pattern  the leadership of Boki Wards Executives, we also have good information from one of their illegal exco member that Mr. Kelvin Njong who claims to be their Chapter Chairman is fraudulently directing his pseudo chapter, and ward exco members to pay N5,000 to him before they can be inaugurated.

It's pertinent to advice one Mr. Kelvin Njong to stop parading himself as PDP Chapter Chairman for Boki LGA, given that the authentic Chapter Chairman of PDP for Boki, as recognised by law remains *Mr. Fabian Okwajie,* Mr. Njong should rather channel his energies in concentrating in his position as Boki Urban Executive Secretary, which we pray does not end in jeopardy given his early signs of ineptitudeness. As Executive Secretary Boki Urban Development Agency, Mr Kelvin Njong has already violated the directives of government by directing his agents across the local government to be extorting monies from business owners as BUDA levies, in Boki LGA which we know that his mandate is not to collect revenue for government. We can authoritatively say here that the same, Mr Kelvin Njong is defrauding Boki sons and Daughters by collecting N3,000 from them and giving them a form in the guise of  recruitment into Boki Urban Development Agency. This is wrong and the authorities of government should immediately take action and stop his dubious acts.

As law abiding citizens, and young political leaders, it's more civilized to obey the law, and respect constituted authorities, it's very disrespectful for a party man to go against, an authentic party decision, in furtherance of personal greed, and  sentiments.

We in the Youths Vanguard charge party faithfuls in Boki to disregard Mr. Kelvin Njong overzealousness, and rather rally support for the smooth term of office, of the current Executives, as chaired by *Mr. Fabian Okwajie*, until determine otherwise by the Leadership of Peoples Democratic Party (PDP). Given that Mr. Fabian's executives reflects in the verified website of official PDP Nigeria.
