In a recent courtesy visit to General Moses Obi, the Chairman of Ochibe Bokyi at his Abuja residence, the Boki Colour and National Identity Project received significant endorsement. Led by the Convener, Mr. Asu Ben Bisong (Asu Ben D"First), the delegation actively engaged in extensive consultations with key stakeholders. Explaining the committee's purpose, the Convener elucidated the cardinal objectives of the Boki Colour and National Identity initiative to the Chairman of Ochibe Bokyi. Delegates reiterated the importance of establishing a distinct symbolic identity for the Boki Nation. In response, Gen Moses Obi Rtd, also serving as the Chairman of the highest socio-cultural body in Boki, commended the efforts of the Boki Colour and National Project Contact Committee. Furthermore, Gen Moses Obi urged the committee to explore innovative avenues beyond identity colors.
In a significant development, Gen Obi extended his appreciation to the committee and emphasized the need to consider unconventional methods of identity representation. Concluding the visit, Mrs. Christie Okoi, a leading member of the Committee, presented the General with an Appointment Letter as the Grand Patron of the Committee. The occasion concluded with a group photograph, capturing the momentous moment.
