Boki Local Government Area Council Announces Appointments and Supervisory Screening The Executive Chairman of Boki Local Government Area, Mrs. Beatrice Nyiam, is pleased to announce the following appointments within the Boki Local Government Council: Council Supervisors Appointed: 1. Clement Asu Tah 2. Mrs. Rita Obi and Abu 3. Mr. Kenneth Abang Ayuk 4. Engr. Michael Nchu Enu 5. Mr. Anselem Ekpungu 6. Mr. Ubua Kingsley Ajah 7. Mr. James Osang Eriom These appointees are scheduled to appear before the Boki Legislative Assembly for screening on December 2, 2024. The screening process will ensure that the nominees meet the requirements necessary to serve in their new roles, and we wish them all the best as they proceed through this process. Appointments to Special Assistant Positions: Additionally, the following individuals have been appointed to various Special Assistant (SA) roles to contribute to the advancement of Boki Local Government: 1. Mr. Anthony Omang - SA, Peace and Security 2. Bar. Michael Abang – Legal Adviser 3. Mr. Hilary Oforkwo – SA, Political and Legislative Affairs 4. Mr. Mactomy Agom – SA, Chief Tency Affairs 5. Boki Chairman Joins Engineers to Inspect Okundi-Boje-Kanyang Road for Rehabilitation On Friday, December 12, 2024, a team of state engineers visited Boki Local Government Area to assess the Okundi-Boje-Kanyang road in preparation for its forthcoming construction and rehabilitation. Demonstrating her commitment to excellence and hands-on leadership, the Executive Chairman of Boki LGA, Hon. Mrs. Beatrice Etta Nyiam, personally joined the engineering team for the inspection. Accompanied by the Vice Chairman of the Council, Hon. Obi Jonathan, the Chairman took the lead in guiding the team along the road, from Boje to Kanyang. During the inspection, Hon.
