Governor Otu’s People-First Vision: Dr. Kijuo and Mr. Great Ogban Forge Strategic Alliance for Youth Empowerment Dr. Julius Kijuo, the Senior Special Assistant (SSA) on Youth Development and Empowerment to the Governor of Cross River State, paid a courtesy visit to Mr. Great Ogban, the Director General of the Microfinance and Enterprise Development Agency (MEDA). The meeting, which took place at Prof. Eyo Ita House in Calabar, 13th January 2025 marked a pivotal moment for youth development initiatives in the state. Not fewer than 18 indigenes from Boki Constituency II of Cross River State are to benefit from the education programmes of the community relations officer to the Executive Governor of Cross River in constituency II, Rev. (Dr) PJ Ochang. The programme is in a bit to encourage students to further their studies in the Boki especially constituency II that he represents as the CRO to the Cross River State Government. The philanthropist is set to pay the JAMB registration fees for the selected students across the constituency . Peter Agbe Odey (Ph.D.), has urged the people of the Northern Senatorial District to remain steadfast in their support for Governor Otu's administration.
