Let it be on record that, Chief. Douglas Ogar the Leader of the foremost “Wan Osowo Movement” is a prototype of a modern perfect servant-leader, a people’s-person and an intellectual activist whose activism stems from his belief to bring governance nearer, closer and more equitable to the masses.

In the backdrop, he remains humble, down-to-earth, calm and composed even in an uncertain, turbulent and unpredictable circumstances. 

 In the foregoing, he has robust capacity, and armed with the skills and knowledge to pilot the developmental strides in any pedestal. Chief. Douglas Ogar stands in the threshold of victory and success.
