The Honourable Commissioner for Wealth Creation and Employment, Cross River State, Hon. The training, which focuses on professional shoemaking, aims to equip at least 40 participants from the 10 wards of Bekwarra LGA, including persons with disabilities with hands-on, marketable skills that will contribute meaningfully to wealth creation and self-reliance.
