Rev. (Prince) Justice M. Ochang PhD, the Senior Pastor of Celebrity for Christ Embassy and the Community Relations Officer to the Governor of Cross River State on Boki 2, has felicitated with the Executive Director of Finance and Administration at the South-South Development Commission (SSDC), HE, Ambassador Soni O. Abang on his birthday. 


Rev. Dr. P. J. Ochang has  extended his warmth felicitation to the superlative DG and Executive Director of Finance and Administration (SSDC), on his birthday on the 17th February, 2026.


In a birthday message through his SA on media and publicity, Ms Promise Etta, the CRO, hails the celebrant, describing him as a humble, committed, dedicated and reliable leader.


The CRO who doubles as APC stalwart, observes that the Amb Soni Abang is a diplomat who has been instrumental in driving the campaigns, programmes, policies and transformative agenda of this administration.


He says the celebrant has a track record of good leadership, intellectual capacity and administrative competence.


He prays that God will continue to grant the celebrant more fulfilling years filled with sound health and wisdom for continuous selfless service to the State and humanity.
